'aswekeepsearching' is a Post-Rock/Experimental band from India who recently released their debut album called "Khwaab". The album is available for free on YouTube.

As someone who has little experience of hearing International Post-Rock bands such as 'Mogwai', 'If These Trees Could Talk' and 'King Crimson' I loved the maturity and the construction of every song on the album.

Post-Rock is a genre that has quickly picked up in India and is loved for it's repetitiveness, groove and varied tempo changes but 'aswekeepsearching' makes it look and sound remarkably easy. The group consists of 4 members namely Uddipan Sarmah on vocals and guitar, Shubham Gurung on guitar and keyboard, Robert Alex on bass and Gautam Deb on drums. They describe the music as a passage to express emotions, life experiences and feelings in the form of instrumental music and some vocals. Rightly so the band got my attention with the choice of language which is hindi.

'aswekeepsearching' is backed by a Russian International art & music label called 'Flower Blossom In The Space' which allowed them to tour Russia and play 4 cities. Watch their unbelievable journey below
